The thing I have been doing to better manage my diabetes is
1. I keep a log of all my BG's and what time it was and the many carbs I had with it.
2. Keep a food log of all the stuff I eat and the carbs and than I add the carbs toghther and program them in
3. I keep a log of all my meals and how much carbs I had that meal.
When I want to my Endo last friday...I showed them my log book and every thing. They told me that I should keep doing what I was doing. My A1C was 6.1. they lowered my basel rate.
